IN ZIUA DE 2.10.2008, ORA 18.00, IN SALA MARE DE CONFERINTE
A HOTELULUI "NEW MONTANA", SINAIA
SCOPUL: 1. Raportul membrilor BIROULUI CONSILIULUI DE CONDUCERE al
S.R.O., pe perioada oct. 2004-oct. 2008.
2. Raportul redactorului responsabil al revistei "Oftalmologia",
pentru aceeasi perioada.
3. Alegerea noului CONSILIU DE CONDUCERE, precum si a BIROULUI CONSILIULUI DE
CONDUCERE a S.R.O., pe o perioada de 4 ani (2008-2012).
NORMA DE REPREZENTARE a delegatilor este de 1/5 din efectivul membrilor titulari
din fiecare judet.
Numarul membrilor titulari activi ai SRO la data de 1.04.2008 este de 650.
ADUNAREA GENERALA (A.G.), este constituita statutar, daca intruneste minimum
½ din totalul delegatilor. Daca, reprezentatii se cifreaza la 2/3 sau peste din
totalul delegatilor, hotararile se iau cu majoritate simpla. Daca, reprezentarea
este sub 2/3, hotararile se iau cu 2/3 din voturile exprimate.
Conform Cap. IV, Art. 10, din Statutul SRO, CONSILIUL DE CONDUCERE AL SRO va
fi format dintr-un numar de membri hotarat prin vot deschis, de catre A.G. si
votati nominal de catre aceeasi Adunare, prin vot secret.
BIROUL CONSILIULUI DE CONDUCERE se alege prin vot secret. El va fi format
din: PRESEDINTE, 2 VICEPRESEDINTI, un SECRETAR GENERAL si un TREZORIER. Din
BIROU face parte de drept si redactorul responsabil al revistei "Oftalmologia",
cu titlul de vicepresedinte.
